Guest lecture by Kubilay Dogantekin, founder of KIVAMO
As part of the lecture "Grundzüge der Betriebswirtschaftslehre II - Marketing" by Professor Tobias Langner, a guest lecture by the founder of the Wuppertal coffee roasting company KIVAMO will take place on Wednesday 28 June 2023.
Kubilay Dogantekin built up KIVAMO - the coffee roasting company from Wuppertal - from his business studies at the university of Wuppertal. In his presentation, Mr Dogantekin will provide exciting insights into the development of the founding idea for his coffee brand. He will also report on the successes and challenges involved in developing the idea through to independence with his own company. Mr Dogantekin will illustrate how the content of his studies can be applied in business practice. Specifically, this will involve the design of coffee products and prices, the selection of suitable distribution channels and the organisation of KIVAMO's communication.
The venue for the lecture is lecture hall 33 in building K on the Grifflenberg campus of the University of Wuppertal. The lecture will start at 12:15 pm.
