Dr Ilja Konoplev as a guest at "Excellence in Branding" 2021

On 21 July 2021 at 4:15 pm, Dr Ilja Konoplev, startup investor and entrepreneur, specialist in digital marketing, will be a guest at the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics as part of the "Excellence in Branding" lecture series.

In his lecture entitled "Will everything stay different? Data-driven marketing management in the digital customer journey", Ilya Konoplev discusses the characteristics of modern marketing management along the customer journey. In the course of this, he shows what role traditional key figures such as brand values, reach and target group affinities play in today's marketing practice, which is dominated by abbreviations such as CAC, LTV, NPS and many more. Mr Konoplev will explain this using numerous practical case studies of well-known online and offline companies and will thus explore the question of the extent to which everything is new and different online - or not.
