Professor Langner is the new President of the European Advertising Academy

Prof Dr Tobias Langner, holder of the Chair of Marketing at the University of Wuppertal, is the new President of the European Advertising Academy (EAA). He took over the office from Professor Sara Rosengren (Stockholm School of Economics) on 1 July at the International Conference on Research in Advertising (ICORIA) in Bordeaux. Professor Langner will chair the EAA as President for two years.
The European Advertising Academy was initiated by Flemming Hansen (Copenhagen Business School) and is the world's second largest association of advertising and communication researchers after the American Academy of Advertising. The association organises the annual ICORIA conference, one of the most important international conferences on advertising research, and is a partner of the International Journal of Advertising.
