Olaf Hartmann as a guest at "Excellence in Branding 2022"

On 29 June 2022 at 4.15 pm, Olaf Hartmann, Managing Partner of the Multisense Institute for Sensory Marketing, will be a guest at the "Excellence in Branding" lecture series at the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics under the title "Your brand in your customer's hand: Multisensory brand communication in a digital world".
In his lecture, Mr Hartmann will discuss what the current digital "frenzy" means for brands and what opportunities can be opened up through the skilful use of analogue and multisensory touchpoints. In the course of this, he focusses primarily on the sensory modality of haptics. He explains the haptic effect using the so-called ARIVA effect dimensions and illustrates this using numerous concrete examples from practice. Olaf Hartmann is Managing Director of the Multisense Institute and one of the pioneers of multisensory marketing in Germany. He began his career in international advertising at Bayer AG, was a lecturer at the Institute of Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen for 7 years, founded the Touchmore agency in 1995 and the Multisense Institute in 2009. He is on the board of trustees of the Gesellschaft zur Erforschung des Markenwesens e.V. GEM - the research platform in the Markenverband network and host of the MARKENKRAFT podcast.
