Lecture on consumer behaviour by Dr Lennart Borgmann

On 29.04.2025, Dr Lennart Borgmann, former doctoral student at the Chair of Marketing, gave a lecture on consumer behaviour as part of the joint lecture series by Solinger Tageblatt and Bergische Universität. In his lecture, the expert on consumer behaviour vividly explained how the brain makes purchasing decisions, why discounts can trap consumers and how advertising and marketing specifically appeal to emotions.
