Experial as a guest at "Excellence in Branding" 2024

On 5 June 2024 at 4:15 pm, Dr Tobias Klinke Co-CEO & Co-Founder of experial GmbH will be speaking under the title "Stop talking to your customers! How AI and digital customer twins are revolutionising marketing" as a guest at the "Excellence in Branding" lecture series.
In his presentation, he will address the challenge for companies to take customer needs into account in daily decisions, as conventional market research methods are often slow and costly. However, companies that consistently align their decisions with the needs of their target groups prove to be significantly more profitable on the market. Recent developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence, particularly through Large Language Models, are now enabling a revolution in the customer insights industry: with its potential to mimic human behaviour, this technology can be used to generate digital customer twins that can replace real people in customer surveys. In this presentation, Dr Tobias Klinke, an alumnus of the University of Wuppertal, will provide deep insights into the latest possibilities of customer interaction through artificial intelligence. With his DeepTech startup experial, he has already achieved impressive successes, such as winning several million euros in funding and well-known customers such as Fressnapf and Vonovia. In his lecture, he will present the technology of digital customer twins live and illustrate how they will transform market research and enable companies to respond to customer needs faster and more efficiently.
